For me, luxury is the freedom to do what I want to do, and to be with the people I want to be with.

However in terms of material luxury, the above house may be perceived as luxurious.

The immaterial luxuries are the most important ones but the house also is very luxurious! In our towns the huge garages alone and the cars that go with it have become luxuries many cannot afford anymore.

This is actually divided into two apartments, the upper one having two bedrooms, with great views. They used to be rented out as holiday accommodation.
