A great picture of this market life...

I mercati sono sicuramente trai tuoi soggetti preferiti, carissimo Fabio . Riesci sempre a catturarne l'atmosfera vivace, il viavai di gente ed i colori in modo sempre nuovo ed originale. Qui quello che mi colpisce per prima cosa è il formato verticale, non frequente nei tuoi scatti e a mio parere, molto indovinato in questo caso, visto che consente una piacevole simmetria tra le colonne e le ragazze che procedono spedite.In particolare, la ragazza a sinistra conferisce dinamicità alla foto, perché colta dal tuo obiettivo mentre cammina , sicuramente in cerca di qualcosa da comprare. Un mercato famoso, questo, che attira sicuramente i tanti turisti in visita a Firenze e di cui tu ci offri uno spaccato allegro e coinvolgente, con le merci esposte che coprono l'antica struttura...sembra quasi di sentire le voci dei due signori in fondo, chissà, magari, un cliente che chiede uno sconto o solo due amici . Davvero ben riuscita, come sempre!

Vista l'architettura del mercato il formato verticale mi sembrava obbligatorio come hai notato tu, carissima Adele , che oltretutto hai una dimestichezza superiore alla mia in questo tipo di taglio.
Se lego questa foto alla precedente, devo dire che certi ambienti, anche se appartenenti a città diverse, mi trasmettono non dico allegria ma serenità, sarà per il viavai di gente, saranno i colori o i riflessi. Ogni tipo di foto ha un diverso approccio emotivo, penso a quando riprendo i cd. "rain dogs" ma è anche vero che le immagini devono trasmettere sensazioni diverse, a volte contrastanti, per non cadere nella ripetitività.

A lovely colourful array of ponchos there Fabio. My daughter would love them.
Also lots of handbags, which Italy is well known for, and their quality. I wonder
how many of them were made there though? I have a nice Italian made handbag
that has been with me for years. A vibrant and busy scene, which is well deserved
of viewing large.

The products sold here, such as bags, are declared to be made of leather, but they are often not artisanal but industrial productions originating even from the Far East, dearest Rosa!
However, it is a very picturesque place rightly frequented by tourists, with the famous "little pig" statue which does not appear in this image.

Vita vivace... Ma, come al solito di questi tempi, ci sono troppe cose da offrire. La maggior parte delle cose sono prodotte in Cina o altrove in Asia e non hanno più alcun valore. Quindi elogio le piccole botteghe che vendono ancora cose artigianali.
hai catturato bene la scena.
Adesso sto ancora aspettando la statua del maialino dal muso luccicante, che in realtà rappresenta un cinghiale adulto :-)))
Spero che anche tu lo abbia toccato, perché dovrebbe portare fortuna.
In ogni caso, gli auguri per il nuovo anno stanno arrivando da me..

Hai perfettamente ragione sulla qualità dei prodotti esposti, tutta roba di poco valore. Anche a Firenze gli artigiani, quelli veri, sono rimasti in pochi e, ovviamente, si fanno pagare profumatamente !
Sì, tempo fa anch'io toccai la statua del cinghiale e ho anche una foto scattata tanti anni fa, che non mi piace molto.
La fortuna, quella vera, è incontrare le persone giuste, sia nella vita di tutti i giorni sia qui sul web, e tra queste ci sei certamente tu, carissima aNNa !

The environment is very suggestive... but often the bags come from the East. To buy real leather craftsmanship, you have to go to the few remaining artisans and obviously the prices are very expensive.
