Excellent cadrage !!!

Geometria , sì pura geometria!
Ci sono ben tre triangoli a sezionare l'immagine, il maggiore di quale è quello centrale, dove, incurante della bellezza del luogo in cui si trova, un turista si concentra sul cellulare...oramai è davvero difficile scattare una street dove il soggetto ne sia sprovvisto.
Una composizione perfetta, da memorizzare nella sua essenziale ( ed anche esistenziale) eleganza. La citazione del verso di Battiato calza a pennello, visto che parla di "codici di geometria esistenziale" . Qui il codice diventa ironicamente quello della tastiera o dello schermo del telefonino, e non più quello che regola " i voli imprevedibili" degli uccelli.
Davvero un'intuizione geniale ed una bellissima foto.

Dopo lo scatto fatto al volo, carissima Adele, ho dovuto studiare un pò il taglio della foto per includere il triangolo centrale e la diagonale delle scale, più altre linee. Più osservavo la foto, infatti, più ne apprezzavo la valenza geometrica in cui il personaggio si immergeva.
Non potevi saperlo, questa è la facciata della Università Normale a Pisa, una delle eccellenze italiane, per cui posso pensare che il giovane fosse uno studente o un ricercatore in pausa.
La facoltà in cui studiavo io è abbastanza vicina e ricordo di essere salito qualche volta per quelle scale dove si trova anche la biblioteca.

Interesting image. I always wonder how we spent idle time before Smart phones. Personally I had my camera and hunting for photo ops. But I lost many when migrating from Flicker to IP.

I don't use my cell phone to take pictures, Dinesh, but I walk around with my camera. I had a compact that I kept in my pocket, very practical, but it broke down. For now I only have my reflex, good quality but a bit bulky for street photos.

Molto spesso scatto foto con il mio cellulare. È molto pratico e al crepuscolo è meglio della mia macchina fotografica.
Tuttavia, non sono nemmeno una persona che viaggia con un treppiede, cosa che non posso più fare fisicamente.
Scatto foto con la mia piccola Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ61 e - non più così spesso, perché anche qui il peso gioca un ruolo importante - con la mia più grande Nikon Coolpix P900.

Ognuno trova la sua macchina fotografica in base alle proprie esigenze, cara aNNa !
Le reflex, generalmente, sono le migliori ma ingombranti. Adesso abbiamo le "mirrorless" più leggere e maneggevoli e di buona qualità.
Anch'io avevo una compatta, la Nikon P7700, con la quale ho scattato tante foto di strada. Era maneggevole e la tenevo in tasca, purtroppo dopo 11 anni di onorata attività si è guastata definitivamente !

J'aime beaucoup la composition de cette photo, les lignes conduisent vers le personnage (le sujet de la photo ?) et il faut oser mettre un mur au milieu et le personnage de coté.

Je ne vais pas vous ennuyer en vous parlant des règles de la composition photographique, chère Corinne, aussi parce que je suis la première à ne pas les respecter.....
..... dans ce cas j'ai aimé la fusion entre les lignes architecturales et la position du sujet qui était au point le plus intéressant !
