Thank you all for your comments. Keith, I agree with you that the image would be improved if the background had been more blurred. Unfortunately, this was captured during a spin so panning was not an option. I wish that I had faster glass. There is quite a difference between a 2.8 lens and a 6.3 lens.

Thank you for the suggestion, Ian. I don't do much processing to my photos but I think that I should learn how. This photo would be much better with a blurred background.
