It is! :) It tests basic dog-in-human-society manners: things like sitting calmly at their handler's side while they talk to another person, greeting a "friendly stranger" politely (sitting calmly and not jumping or barking while the "friendly stranger" reaches out and gently pets them), allowing someone (for example a vet or a groomer) to handle their paws/ears, walking calmly on a leash without pulling or barking at other dogs, remaining calm through distractions (for the purposes of the test, one person walked around clapping a couple of blocks together loudly while another rode around on a bicycle), and remaining calm while a "friendly stranger" holds their leash and their person wanders off out of sight for several minutes...

Of course, now that she's passed her test and earned her ribbon she's had quite a few bratty days, barking at kids skateboarding in the street or pretending not to hear me when I call her in from the backyard... ;)
