Cologne Hohenzollernbrücke heart health? (#0519)

Interesting plaque on the Hohenzollernbrücke documenting its construction and reconstruction. The items in color are graffiti stickers, the one on the left says “kammerflimmern” which means “ventricular fibrillation” -- somehow I didn’t think the stickers are part of a public health campaign. In fact, it turns out “Kammerflimmern” is a German movie about a traumatised paramedic.
