SR13 St Johns Rivertown park (#0320)

It turns out a significant part of what was the wilderness, has been sold for development, and that the one place to pull off for a long stretch is is a semi-public park created by the developer. You get some sense of it here, but see the next satellite photo. While the rules seem quite fair, I say ‘semi-public’ because it is a public space created by a private developer which thus raises the question of the extent the public can influence these rules.
