Eastern Counties 303 (PRC 848X) and 302 (VEX 302X) at Kings Lynn - 4 May 1999
Tuesday 4 May 1999 - When privatised the Eastern Counties Omnibus Company was sold to its management but was later bought by the GRT Group. GRT subsidiaries retained their individual livery colours but applied in a corporate layout.

These two Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol VR double deckers carry different livery treatment. On the left is 303 (PRC 848X) and on the right 302 (VEX 302X). 302 had been new to the National Bus Company owned ECOC in March 1978 as VR302 whereas 303 was a secondhand acquisition having been new to Trent Motor Traction (848), another NBC subsidiary, in July 1981.
