Stagecoach Cambus 07 (AE51 RYC) and 579 (P579 EFL) in Cambridge – 18 Jan 2003 503-20

Saturday 18 January 2003 – Stagecoach in Cambridge (Cambus) vehicles in Emmanuel Street, Cambridge.

Left is 07 (AE51 RYC), an Alexander ALX300 bodied MAN new in November 2001. This was one of the batch of 40 such buses numbered 1-40.

Right is 579 (P579 EFL), a Northern Counties Palatine bodied Volvo Olympian new in December 1996, which wears the cream and red Park and Ride livery used on service 77. At the time there were three Park and Ride services operated Stagecoach Cambus in Cambridge. Service 77 (Newmarket Road to Madingley Road) operated by cream and red buses, service 88 (Trumpington) by cream and blue buses and service 99 (Cowley Road to Babraham Road) by cream and green buses.
