Saturday 21 September 2002 (0800) – Stevenage bus station:

Left is Birmingham Coach Company N172 AAG, a Van Hool Alizee bodied Scania K113CRB that had been new to East Yorkshire Motor Services (72) in August 1995. It was working the 0500 National Express service 777 from Birmingham to Stansted Airport where it was due at 0855. At the time National Express used the ‘Flightlink’ branding for its main airport services.

Right is Sovereign Bus and Coach Company 301 (KE51 WUO), a Plaxton Paragon bodied Volvo B10M-62 new in October 2001, working the Stevenage-London ‘Green Line’ service 797 which was due to arrive at Buckingham Palace Road at 0925.
