Libertybus 1166 (J 38646) in St. Helier - 5 Aug 2019 (P1030628)

Monday 5 August 2019 - Libertybus (CT Plus Jersey Limited) 1166 (J 38646) seen in Esplanade alongside the main bus station in St. Helier. It is an SC Coachbuilders (Caetano) Slimbus bodied Dennis Dart that had been new to Connex Transport Jersey Limited in April 2007, The Slimbus was a narrower variant of the Nimbus model. Note the Public Vehicle Plate (PSV Char-a-Banc) carried on the rear which is issued by the licensing authorities for the States of Jersey.

In January 2013 the contract to operate the public bus network on the island was awarded to CT Plus Jersey Limited part of the London based HCT Group. This was one of a number of buses that passed from Connex to CT Plus at the time.
