Paul Burton Coaches 37 PBB at Heathrow Airport – 13 Jun 1989

Tuesday 13 June 1989 (0735) - Paul Burton Coaches was based in Bury St. Edmunds and ran about 15 coaches at its peak. In early 1988 Burton was successful in gaining the United States Air Force contract for the shuttles from the USAF occupied air bases at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall to Heathrow Airport.

Jonckheere bodied Volvo B10M 37 PBB was new to Club Cantabrica Holidays and was seen here as it arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3 on the earlier shuttle that left Suffolk about 0500. It would return around 1000 with personnel and their families who had arrived on overnight flights from the United States.
