holy toledo batgirl, you still look the same, just a bit older! and I am the one in my family with the shoe box crammed FULL of old pics.. I love them, it makes me happy, sad, emotional all at the same time to see we what we had together as a family so many years ago.

Thank you Wendi. We just sorted and distributed family photos to our niece and nephew so that we don't have to worry about what will happen to all the generations of photos we had. (we were the ones in the family that were old family photo caretakers) I know what you mean about the variety of emotions that flood over you when you go back and look at "back then". :)

So true. It is always wonderful to take a trip down memory lane. I love looking at all the old classic photos of the family, particularly the B&W vintage. Lovely composition, sweet shot, Chris.

Thanks Gillian, vintage family photos are great and folks should try and keep them in the family. We have some that unfortunately no one dated or put names on so we are in the dark as to who they are or how they were connected (?) to the family. Just spent time this summer trying to get dates and name on as many as we could ... those who would really know are gone now.

Lovely sentiment here Chris, even if the shot has a few sad overtones for you!
Two very happy faces smiling out of the frame - so maybe that's exactly the way you should remember your brother! :-)

Of course you are right Goffy, I do try to remember the happy times although I'll shed a tear at the oddest moments. (not unusual I'm sure") Glad you like the image. :)
