Les figues au col de fourrure.
Dans la rangée de figues destinées à mûrir, j'ai trouvé ces trois-là, je n'ai jamais vu ce genre de moisissure.

FEIGEN MIT PELZKRAGEN. In der Reihe der zum Reifen ausgelegten Feigen fand ich diese drei, ich habe diese Art von Schimmel noch nie gesehen.

Extra+++, ce sont comme des mycoses(micros champignons) qui se développent par la fermentation du sucre surtout suite à une blessure souvent invisible au départ..
j'ai ce type de phénomène aussi sur certaines de mes figues .. le mieux pour les faire sécher
c'est de les mettre, dans un Déshydrateur alimentaire compact

Danke Gabi, ja, zur Verzehrung nicht mehr geeignet ;-)) Übrigens sind alle drei inzwischen vollkommen mit Schimmel überzeugen, es sehen nur noch die Spitzen raus, sehr interssant, das zu beobachten.
