Thank you very much, Doug. The first traces of this former poor house date from the 13th C. Over the centuries it has been converted into a hospital as we see it today, beautifully situated on the left bank of the river.

Danke Karsten, ist aber kein Hotel... "Hôtel-Dieu" heisst zwar wörtlich übersetzt "Gottes Hotel", damit wird aber ein Krankenhaus gemeint. Schöne Woche, gibt's bei euch Schnee ?
