Ein gutes Neues Jahr für meine Ip-Freunde!
Was wird das Jahr bringen? Hoffentlich weiterhin Frieden im Land und mehr Frieden in aller Welt.
Und für den jeden Einzelnen? Laut einer Umfrage von Forsa im Auftrag der DAK nehmen sich pro Jahr um die 40 Prozent vor, im kommenden Jahr etwas besser zu machen.
In diesem Jahr steht Stressabbau und -vermeidung ganz oben auf der Liste, gefolgt von mehr Zeit für Freunde und Familie. Eine große Zahl will sich im kommenden Jahr mehr bewegen oder Sport treiben.
Einen deutlichen Anstieg gab es bei dem Punkt „Weniger Handy, Computer, Internet“: Gaben dies im Jahr 2014 nur 15 Prozent der Befragten als Vorhaben für das kommende Jahr an, waren es in der aktuellen Umfrage bereits 25 Prozent.

What will the New Year bring? Hopefully peace will continue in the country and more peace in the world.
And for each individual? According to a survey carried out by Forsa on behalf of the DAK health insurance company, around 40 per cent a year decide to do something better next year.
This year, stress reduction and avoidance is at the top of the list, followed by more time for friends and family. A large number want to do more exercise or sport in the coming year.
There was a clear increase with the point less mobile phone, computer, Internet : While in 2014 only 15 percent of those surveyed stated this as a project for the coming year, in the current survey it was already 25 percent.
