Einige alte Industriegebäude in diesem Quartier stehen heute unter Denkmalschutz, daneben entstehen laufend moderne Bauten.

Aujourd'hui, c'est un campus universitaire (Haute école des arts et une partie de la Haute école zurichoise de psychologie appliquée et de travail social ... et ces jeunes aiment faire du vélo ... ce qui est de toute façon mieux à Zurich ...
