View from World Trade Center (South Tower) down to Woolworth Building, built 1910-1913, 57 floors, 241.4 m. It was the world's tallest skyscraper from 1913-1930 (!), when it was surpassed by 40 Wall Street and the Chrysler Building. I fully agree.
But in a certain sense it reminds to that, what we call "Zuckerbäcker-Architektur" = Candy architecture (?) while stalinistic years in eastern hemisphere.

In Wien bauten sie (fast) zu dieser Zeit in Neogotik ... die Votivkirche. Tja, einen "kleinen" Unterschied muss es halt geben. ;-)
Sehr gutes Bild, auch mit dem sparsamen zwar (weniger is' eh mehr), aber doch deutlichen Drumherum.

Vielen Dank! Außerdem merke ich, dass das Telezoom 70-210 fast eine bessere Qualität lieferte als das "Normalzoom".

Majestic..and today most modern architecture is based on cubes and glass..put a cube or two and then put glass on it,steal an old olive tree from mediterranean and put it into concrete and voila..one more crypto villa is here.
