trees and lava - 3

The yellow-green trees on the dark lava make a great contrast, although the harsh light around noon and cloudless sky is not ideal for photography ;-) In the background to the left Pico del Teide with 3718 m altitude the highest peak on Tenerife and with 7500 m above sea ground the 3rd highest island volcano on earth. Right of Teide is Pico Viejo.
