Rail Car

Rail Car
An old rail-car in the Railway History Park in Budapest. This luxury car belonged to the president of the minister counsil (other sources say a minister) during the communist era, then later was given to the state railways and was converted to a railway car. It's a russian Tschaika GAZ-13 ("Tschaika" = "Seagull"), built in the 60s.

I've seen images of cars adapted to rail tracks, but never one as exotic as this.
