Covid-free Zone

At present, there are hardly any places that are more virus-free than snow-covered landscapes. And exercise in the fresh air strengthens the immune system. That's why I try to move outside every day.

To be seen here is the ascent to the Prostkogel (1,244 m) near Erpfendorf (Tyrol, Austria). The ascent in fresh snow takes about 2 hours (600 metres in altitude).(In the background the east face of the 'Emperor Mountains')

Es gibt derzeit wohl kaum Orte, die virenfreier sind, als schneebedeckte Landschaften. Da Bewegung an der frischen Luft das Immunsystem stärkt, versuche ich täglich, mich draußen zu bewegen.

Zu sehen ist hier der Aufstieg auf den Prostkogel (1.244 m) bei Erpfendorf (Tirol, Österreich). Der Aufstieg im frischen Schnee dauert etwa 2 Stunden (600 Höhenmeter). (Im Hintergrund die Ostwand des Kaisergebirges)
