Jetzt fehlt nur noch, dass auch die deutschen Illuminatoren anfangen, eine Fotografiergenehmigung zu verlangen, wenn sie z. B. Berlin, Frankfurt, Dortmund, etc. mit ihrer bunten Lichtshow anstrahlen.
Das ist schon allerhand, wenn man das Wahrzeichen von Paris nicht beleuchtet fotografieren und veröffentlichen darf. Was Gustave Eiffel wohl dazu sagen würde! :(

Frankreich hat nun mal ganz andere Urheberrechtsgesetze, so wie viele Länder der Erde. Wir in Deutschland und Österreich sind in der Hinsicht ziemlich gut dran, außer bei Street-Fotografie. Da haben die Amerikaner mehr Freiheiten.
