Aber die staatlich installierten Überwachungskameras dürfen weitermachen.....
irgendwie steigt in mir grad die Lust auf einen Musterprozess......

Ich lauf am 26.05. durch den Bahnhof und schreib am 27.05. der DB, sie hätten mich gefilmt und mögen bitte umgehend die Aufnahmen löschen und mir die Löschung nachvollziehbar dokumentieren bis 01.06.
Dazu eine Unterlassungserklärung und natürlich die Kostennote des Anwalts ;-)

Wenn ich mir das österreichische Gesetz durchlese, hat man den staatlichen Überwachungsteil sehr genau geregelt und sehr weit gefasst. An uns Fotografen hat niemand gedacht. Wir haben eben keine Lobby.
