Via Ferrata "Pfeilspitzwand"
That's what the climber is seeing from below: 20 meters of sheer rock walls (difficulty "C+" witin a range form A-E.) But the problem is more in the head than in the body! The fixed rope route has been simplified by a lot of iron steps.
(Captured in March of 2015 within the fixed rope route Pfeilspitzwand-Klettersteig near Mayrhofen (Tyrol, Austria). (Tour #132)
~~~~~
Das ist die Aussicht, welche die Kletterin beim Blick nach oben hat: Eine 20m hohe Felswand (Schwierigkeitsgrad "C+" in der Skala A-E.) Aber es ist eher eine psychische Herausforderung als eine körperliche. Denn der Aufstieg ist mit vielen Trittbügeln entschärft.
Sieht toll aus und ein schöner POV
Bergfex club has replied to Ko Hummel clubEs gibt zwei Wanderwege (ca. 45 min/55min - 220 Höhenmeter). Man muss also nicht den Klettersteig nehmen. Und oben ist sogar ein Gasthof: www.zimmereben.at
Die Anreise kann mit der Bahn erfolgen: Von München über Kufstein nach Jenbach, und von dort mit der historischen Zillertalbahn nach Mayrhofen. www.zillertalbahn.at/page.cfm?vpath=index
Ein netter Tagesausflug.
(Ich schau nachher mal, ob ich Bilder davon habe.)
Bergfex club has replied to Marie-claire GalletAb dem 29. April fährt samstags um 10:10 Uhr sogar ein Zug mit Dampflokomotive. Fast könnte man das hernehmen, um sich mal mit ein paar Iperianern dort zu treffen.
Einfach mal googeln: "Zillertaler Dampfzug" / Bilder
