today I'm busy as an apple pecker in the garden :-)
and in the kitchen immediately follows the processing to applesauce mmmmhhhhhhhhh !!!

Aujourd'hui, je suis occupé comme un piqueur de pomme dans le jardin :-)
et dans la cuisine suit immédiatement le traitement à la compote de pommes mmmmhhhhhhhhh !!!

My father had an apple tree of this variety. In English, it is called "transparent", so the same name as in German. It is one of the earliest varieties, excellent for apple-sauce.
