Eupithecia absinthiata larva ? (Wormwood Pug)

Eupithecia absinthiata larva ? (Wormwood Pug)
A tiny geometrid caterpillar rears its head from an ageratum flower on which its feeding on in my garden. I think its the larva of the Wormwood Pug moth, the only real way to be sure would be to rear it through to adulthood so the moth could be identified more easily. Shrewsbury, Shropshire, August 2021.

The color is somewhat unusual, and because it is only visible from the front, an exact determination is indeed not easy.

But … the macro is excellent and just beautiful, Adrian!
