Stacks of "seiras".
"Seiras" are a sort of soft circular vegetal matts, that are compressed after the introduction of olives between consecutive "seiras". The oil thus obtained drains into recipients.
This can be seen in the Olive Oil Museum of Bobadela, Oliveira do Hospital.
