A good landscape scene, but the garbage...! I wonder if you were on a road used by many tourists, because among the Laotian people we didn't see much like this.

I was on a road called " The Loop". With a few tourist of course. Many are Asians but hard to say where they come from. Some young foreigners in rented motorbikes too. I didn't investigated to catch those criminals during their bad acts though. Thanks George.
