Beautifully composed..............and best viewed large.............I really like the birds you've captured in the distance and the balloon is place perfectly in the shot! You've managed to capture the threatening clouds and the sun rays very well..........I can imagine that was not easy.

The B/W version is spot-on, but I also love the sliver of colour in the PiP version. Great work Gudrun.

Großen Dank, Heide, auch für die vielen "stillen" Sternchen! Wir standen dort oben und der Himmel wurde immer besser, und dann kam auch noch der Ballon! kraniche zogen an dem Nachmittag ständig über uns weg.

Besten Dank, Rainer! Die Kraniche zogen relativ hoch oben, da hat das Tele gefehlt. Aber die Sonnenstrahlen waren eh das Hauptnotiv.

Die Aufnahme ist wirklich zauberhaft schön, Gudrun! Dazu ist sie noch auf dem Schlossberg entstanden, was allein schon märchenhaft klingt. ;-)
