This is much more my type of area, Gudrun. Give me a climate where a warm jacket, hat and gloves are essentials and I'm much happier. But we have to compromise - Adrian loves the heat. ;-)

Thanks very much, Amelia! I think it can get warm in sommer, the climate is continental. Winters are bitterly cold, their record is -50°C! At +5°C it was quite balmy the day we visited;-)

Danke vielmals, Uwe! Sehr lohnenswert, klein und kompakt. Die Schmelzhütte des Kupferbergwerks ist heute Museum, da hat uns aber die Zeit nicht gereicht.

Herzlichen Dank, Volker! Wir sind südgehend in Trondheim vom Schiff. Das war ein Tagesausflug mit dem Zug, da gibt es eine schöne Strecke von Trondheim nachr Røros, dauert ca. 2,5 Stunden. Zugfahren in Norwegen ist ein Vergnügen, Onlinebuchung inklusive Sitzplatzreservierung ist einfach.

Das ist Norwegens einzige Bergstadt nahe der Grenze zu Schweden:-) Wir hatten schon +5 Grad, im Winterwird's saukalt dort!

Schönen Dank, Maik! Das ist eine sehr interessante Stadt, die haben sich damals Bergleute aus Sachsen und dem Harz geholt, weil es in Norwegen keine gab.

Dank dir, Karin! Ich glaube, bei -50 bleiben die meisten daheim;-) Ab etwa -40 fällt in Norwegen die Schule aus, weil den Bussen der Sprit einfriert, das kam die letzten Jahre aber meist oben in der Finnmark (Karasjok) vor.

Großen Dank, Tanja! Lol, diese Thermometer gab's verschiedentlich dort zu sehen;-) Ja, wir hatten Linnver, trotzdem einmal mittendrin plötzlich einen Schneesturm und zur Rückfahrt nochmal so stark, dass wirklich alle Reisenden sich in den Warteraum gedrängt haben.

Oh je, da waren wir 2014 schon. Und bis jetzt hab' ich nicht ein einziges Bild davon bearbeitet.
Obwohl der Ort so besonders ist. Sonntagsspaziergang auf dem Schlackeberg - wo sonst kann man so etwas miterleben ? (Wir waren übrigens im August da, Temperaturen um 30 °C).

Naja, wenn das gastige Novemberwetter kommt und dein Arm besser wird, dann hast du mehr Zeit. Hierhin will ich im Februar nochmal, dann ist's vielleicht richtig kalt, im April hatte es schon Plusgrade. 30 wäre mir zu viel gewesen;-)Vielen Dank für all die Sternderl, Heidi!
