After the crash 2001 more Porteños than before were reduced to poverty. To survive many started collecting paper in the more affluent parts of the city. Now they are organized in cooperatives, coming into the city at night, collecting all sort of reusable rubbish.

Leider nein, eher schlimmer. Die Inflation ist gigantisch, die offiziellen Zahlen sind alle manipuliert. Die Superreichen haben ihr Geld schon immer im Ausland und die anderen sind die Blöden. Das ist in Europa ja auch nicht so viel anders...
