It looks like a deep taste and is not so dark.
(I use aged soy sauce)

It feels like a difference between a young wine and a vintage wine.
I like younger and can only drink at that time.

I'm glad that this "Takaido style" ramen will come to eat overseas.

I am dissatisfied with Japanese stores that do not place wine in Spain.

I am not Spanish (well, I have Spanish blood as many people here) but I am on the Portuguese side of the border. I love Huelva wine, but mostly Alentejo wine. I always thought I lived in Spain. I'm sorry···

Huelva is a delicious place for pork.
I ate it several times but it was very delicious.
I will buy wine next time.
