Tuna Sashimi(dark fleshed,It has a strong taste but smells of blood)
Pickled cabbage and cucumbera gherkin(pickles made in brine and fermented rice bran)
Sashimi soy sauce

From the bottom , left
Grilled cod roe
Rolled omelette(Japanese rolled omelette is seasoned with mirin and soy sauce)
Rice(This shop cooks rice by an expert,I thought white rice was delicious for the first time with meals.)

This shop is recommended for eating pure Japanese food !

OK, since you recommend it, I will fly over there tomorrow - ha! I am worried, I don't think I would know the difference between Japanese average rice and Japanese excellent rice.

Good things are sweet and tactile sensation is peculiar.

If you enjoy pure Japanese food, this shop is recommended.
