Vensat - La Chapelle

This romanesque church from the 12th century needs some "TLC". It is for sale. Actually it can be acquired by purchase together with the adjoining castle from the 15th century. The castle offers spacious 380m² and is already renovated. It has a new roof and central (underfloor) heating.

The church once belonging to a priory is in a bad state. It has a nave and two aisles with three bays. Following the information I picked from the website of the real estate agent, the church has 49 (!) "sculpted capitals".
