Good find there. These old 4.16 kV subs are slowly becoming endangered.

CPL is right - 4160V is getting harder to find in some areas. Xcel upgraded the last substation-fed 4160V circuits here in Sioux Falls to 13.8kV in fall 2016, leaving 2 industrial customers on step-down setups.
