cvd - booster gap still growing

In lieu of publication of booster jag data on the .gov.uk dashboard, the above graphic was produced. [dated 2nd November 2021]
The relatively slow speed of administration is exceeded by the numbers becoming eligible, on a daily basis. This "excess of eligibility" went from 2.8 million to 5.8 million during October 2021, despite the administration of approximately 6 million booster doses.
