Penrhyn Crossing

Penrhyn Crossing
Prince & Palmerston hammer across Penrhyn Crossing with an empty slate train on the Ffestinog Railway. The crossing is notable for having houses situated on the railway side of the gates.

Also seems to have the most oblique angle of the rail to the road that I've seen. The colours match well in the dull lighting.

You say 'empty slate train'. Do they run loaded wagons too?

The odd demonstration wagon load downhill is all that you will find and only then on special occasions.
