put in the heavens, my only one.
Placed the hearts upon the earth
To watch the sun’s daily run.
ماهم که رخش روشنی خور بگرفت
گرد خط او چشمه کوثر بگرفـت
دلها همه در چاه زنخدان انداخت
وآنگـه سر چاه را به عنبر بگرفت.

Hafez est surtout connu pour ses poèmes lyriques, les ghazals, qui évoquent des thèmes mystiques du Soufisme en mettant en scène les plaisirs de la vie. Son mausolée à Chirac attire de nombreux touristes. Très intéressant, Annemarie, merci !
