Hi Steve ,
Thank you for visiting!
I am pleased you found it interesting.
There is only one hour a day in which the sun shines on the front of the house, (providing it is not obscured by clouds), and today I was up and out ready!
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!

Hi Peter,
You have captured the bird beautifully! I heard that many blue tit chicks had perished because of the bad weather in May, and a shortage of moth caterpillars, but the ones in my garden have been reared successfully, I am pleased to say.
All the best,
Rosa.

As I said to Bea, they were coming and going very frequently. I do have a lot of photos of them coming and going, including one with a very big spider! As well as the little animals, they are visiting my jars of food very often too.
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!

Hi Karen,
Thank you so much for your very kind visit.
Glad you like it.
There is only an hour or so a day when the sun shines on the front of the bird house, so on this day we had no clouds... Ah! A great chance to try this photo!!! I can see the side of the box from my office window, but strangely there is no way I can photograph it, other than through the window glass. Of course I have plenty of those pictures too, but less spectacular.
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!

What a surprise! I'm always amazed at them being able to get in those small holes, and now you've shown the great way they leave. A delight.

Hi Laura ,
Your visit is most welcome. Thank you.
I am pleased you found it interesting.
As I said to Karen, I have an hour a day to do this, and on this day there were no clouds!
They are continually coming and going every few minutes with tasty bugs and spiders, so plenty of opportunity to try. I can't remember exactly, but I think the hole is one inch diameter, although the have pecked at it quite a bit!
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!
