Hi Steve,
Thank you very much!
I am pleased you found it interesting.
I was taking an evening walk looking for the village barn owl, when I saw a little orange glow in the distance, where there should not have been an orange glow. As I got closer, the fire got bigger. When I got there I could see it was just a load of old wood, (fencing trees, etc), and was supervised. In fact it was some 20 or 30 metres behind the digger, but the illusion works, I think!
Best Wishes, and keep safe!!

As you can imagine, I had no idea I was going to find this! I had the wrong lens on too, as I was looking for our owls!
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!

Hi Karen ,
Your visit is most welcome. Thank you.
I'm happy that you had a good look!!
It was kind of strange walking along the river bank in the dark, the only light being from this fire!!
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!

Hi Esther ,
Thank you very much!
I am pleased you found it interesting.
The majority of what was burning was wood, so I suppose this happens in nature too...
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!
