The path down to the cove can just be made out here among the flower spikes. My usual coastal walk and scramble / rock hop goes past Crane Islands, Basset cove and to Porthcadjack seen in the distance with its Asparagus and Samphire Islands and enormous sea cave.

I liked the idea of the allotment by the side of this fine old church! (Parroquia de Santa Maria la Mayor). Sadly, the storks had flown back to Africa a couple of weeks previously!

Another shot of this beautiful place that many people see from the coast path but very few people know by name and even fewer know how to get down to the cove! Great!!! A shower at sea, too!
