My alma mater will be conducting all classes remotely by video for the rest of the semester for fear of the virus.

I have recommended video classes but only a few accept. Something to do with FUNDAE rules (European Union training support)

No, you are not selfish, it is normal to be preocupied when one is not paid, it is human: we need food and shelter and that means earn our living.

Yes I did wonder if this coronavirus would affect you - I see that the Spanish Government are considering closing off Madrid and other cities - so maybe that's why you have been postponed. You're not selfish at all, Andy - it must be a great worry to have - how are you going to pay your rent/mortgage, bills and food money - I'm very pleased to hear that you have at least managed to hold onto some lessons. I do hope it doesn't last too long for you though. I can see lots of walks on the Cabrera for you!!!

Thank you, Jenny but we are all confined to our homes now.. No walk in the hills for me! We can go to the (food) shops, bank and chemist's ... and that's just about it. The police and army are patrolling the streets to stop anyone just going out for a walk!

You have got to be joking - what damage can you do by going for a walk? We're allowed to do this here, but not get within 6ft of anyone. I will be lucky having a large garden to wander in and take pictures, so I will do that, so you can enjoy spring from afar!

I suspected that the lockdown would hit you, I hope you manage to scrape through and most importantly stay healthy! The situation is a major headache for self employed people snd small businesses..

A very worrying time for so many Andy. One of my daughter's is self employed in the music industry, which will be hit hard with large gatherings cancelled soon, I expect.
