H. A. N. W. E. everyone! And a quiz.
A chilled glass of white for a hot and humid night - . with pistachios on a green plastic wallet and another happy accident but with a pleasing effect I feel.
A fun quiz:
The glass here is a good size for wine and spirits and other short measures. But it was not bought as a glass.
What were these glasses originally?
I collected maybe a dozen of these over the years. They are tough and feel good to hold in the hand. I bought them in shops. They contained a useful product; one I use regularly. An overnight soaking-off of the label and a respectable drinking glass is to be had!
A clue which will help my French friends; it contains a product without which I could not enjoy summer salads!
OK OK I hear you (Keith)!!!
Here is the answer: www.google.es/search?biw=1354&bih=647&tbm=isch&sa=1&ei=lENsXf7lCN-FjLsP5v-BQA&q=dijon+mustard+amora&oq=dijon+mustard+amora&gs_l=img.3..0i8i30.4195.4195..9620...0.0..0.66.66.1......0....1..gws-wiz-img.JmH1Z4vYqtg&ved=0ahUKEwj-_6zR07DkAhXfAmMBHeZ_AAgQ4dUDCAY&uact=5#imgrc=-Y7ACOxnzSgZyM:
I use it in my French salad dressing:, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and top extra virgin olive oil all put in a small jar with the lid tightly on, shaken fiercely for 5 seconds and it's ready to mix in the salad immediately before serving.
