A feral colony lived here for a long time, then the city put up signs announcing the city ordinance against feeding feral animals. The cats gradually diappeared. Hopefully, it was a TNR [Trap-Neuter-Release] campaign. Now, it appears that they're back, or another colony has formed.

I think it was a catalogue of some sort, maybe for furniture. Maybe they look for cat beds!
