I need a lot of new pots. Glazed ones. The unglazed California ones have lasted about 10 years, now are flaking apart from freezing/thawing.

, Fred Fouarge, Annemarie and 2 other people have particularly liked this photo

I HAVE SEEN THEM CALLED "HENS AND CHICKS " HERE.

IN THE UK .. "HOUSE LEAKS !"

WHERE IT WAS SAID TO HAVE THEM GROW ON TH ROOF WOULD PROTECT THE HOUSE FROM LIGHTENING STRIKES !

I THINK THAT HENS AND CHICKS IS USED AS A GENERIC NAME FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF ROSETTE-TYPE SUCCULENTS.

I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE TERM "HOUSE LEEKS", BUT ON THIS PAGE OF AN AMERICAN SEED COMPANY, THERE IT IS! tinyurl.com/y7z3nbfj

MANY THANKS, PAM!

Yes, that's it! Thank you for the name. It has not thrived very well, I don't know why. Perhaps I should plant it on my roof!
