You take Halloween very seriously over there, though we’re going the same way. Our house is much scarier than this, without any need for decoration. High up, it looks like Bates house. And I live in it. No trick or treaters dare walk up the drive. If they do I answer the door in a really scary Venetian mask.

Children and candy manufacturers do. I remember what a thrill it was to run around at night begging for candy. Now, I half-heartedly open the door and hand it out to the kiddies. It's just another aspect of my lavish social life.

Not just you. I hear that every year from my British friends. I'm not fond of it, either, but I pass out candy to the little kiddies. Thank you, Keith, and this is an unusually "classy" Halloween display.
