Linkville Pioneer Cemetery

Linkville Pioneer Cemetery
Linkville Pioneer Cemetery, Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Louise E. Biehn Humphrey was a daughter of Elizabeth and Ludwig Biehn, grave in back. I could not find any info but the basics about her: www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=28356037

From the obituary of George Humphrey: "George Lincoln Humphrey, for the last 50 years a resident of Klamath Falls, passed away in San Francisco, Calif. Saturday March 5, 1938 following an extended illness. He was a native of Dodge Center, Minnesota..."

In 1938 and for many years after, people in the northwest with severe illness, if they could afford it, went to UC San Francisco for medical care. (My own grandfather did in 1951). That could have been Mr. Humphrey's reason for dying in that city "following an extended illness." www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=28356027
