Kyoto pediments
Shinto shrine details. The decoration under the peak of the pediment is called kegyo. Roof ridge tiles are onigawara. The elements that look like silver metal are tiles. It was surprisingly difficult to find names for the architectural elements of Japanese buildings, in English alphabet, anyway.
