Hi Diane, very nice tubes or? shot! What are these kind of tubes? My alarm-clock here on my tablet stays slumbering each 8 minutes but can't stop this repeating irritating noise.

I'm not sure. I think they are sections of a fence or a kind of sieve that goes in the local river. They belong to a US Geological Survey research station here.
