Memories from Lanzarote: Volcano view

Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands, is quite unlike its green neighbours. About a quarter of the Island is strewn with a string of volcanoes, named the Timanfaya National Park. Here we see Volcán El Cuervo.

Yes, I like this more and more each time I look at it. Good that it has had another revival after some time in Panoramio. - we don't have enough free walls to hang up or frame all that I would like. My paintings are also vying for wall space! Eileen, my wife, does not like any clutter being a bit of a minimalist so our main lounge walls etc only have limited hangings of paintings etc. Glad you liked it.
